Join a respected Tier 3 head contractor delivering industrial, bulky goods retail, and commercial projects across Sydney. With repeat clients and a strong pipeline of ECI and D&C work, this business is known for its collaborative approach, high-quality delivery, and long-term relationships.

This is an office-based role in the Sydney metro area, best suited to a motivated Project Manager with 3–4 years' experience who wants to grow their career in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The Role

  • Oversee and coordinate projects from early planning through to completion.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, program, cost reporting, and compliance.
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support senior leaders while integrating closely into a collaborative project team.

About You

  • 3–4 years' experience as a Project Manager within a Tier 3 head contractor environment.
  • Background in industrial, bulky goods, retail or commercial projects (D&C or ECI preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to integrate and grow with the team.
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management (or similar) highly regarded.
