seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our leadership team and drive the growth of our

tutoring programs for students aged 7–19.

What You'll Do

  • Lead from the top – take a seat on the leadership team, shaping sales strategy and company direction.
  • Sell with passion – personally drive sales of life-changing tutoring programs.
  • Inspire excellence – motivate and energise the sales team to hit and exceed ambitious goals.
  • Champion innovation – bring fresh thinking and ideas to help students and families succeed.
  • Collaborate with integrity – work closely with fellow leaders to deliver results and uphold our values.
  • Work Flexibly – Enjoy a full-time schedule with four weekday shifts and one weekend shift. Typical hours are between 11:00 am – 8:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on weekends, ideal for those who love a later start.
