Account Manager Building Industry Manage Clients

Your clients – Are all over metro NSW and Consist of Govt, Schools, Hospitals, mid-sized builders who specialize in building mid-sized buildings, all work ranges in the medium size space.
The Ideal Person for the position – A sales background where you have developed some knowledge in tendering for work and staying in contact with those prospective clients until you win the job then having stayed in contact until project completion Or you can be from a technical sales background working somewhere in the construction industry. We will teach you the rest. Someone who wants to develop their career within our company and stick with us long term. Honesty, integrity are important to us, if a mistake is made that's okay, just let us know before it gets too costly. We factor in losses so don't hide them, flag it as soon as you see one.
Having the ability to tackle multiple tasks is handy, and time management is important to us, So you need to be past your Disco dancing days, if you are still going out Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and disco dancing on the podium wit your friends until 6am, then leaving the club for a quick shower and breaking all speed limits to get to work on time, then we are not right for each other just yet.

Salary Package - $120,000 plus super and a rugged off road, fully maintained, 4x4 big boys' car that girls can drive too.
