Your Role

This is a hands-on, on-the-road role perfect for someone who loves being out and about, not stuck behind a desk.

You will be on the road approximately 5 days per week, conducting open and routine inspections across Melbourne in a fully provided Tesla company vehicle.

You will help manage a small 100-property portfolio, backed by our complete admin, accounting, and leasing teams. This structure removes the hassle of direct landlord communication, allowing you to focus on what you do best: managing properties, supporting tenants, and coordinating maintenance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting all routine inspections, open-for-inspections, and final inspections during the property purchase.
  • Managing and responding to tenant enquiries.
  • Coordinating with tradespeople and monitoring on-site renovation progress.
  • Preparing for and representing VCAT for tenancy disputes.

Who We're Looking For
  • Must-Have: A current Agents Representative Certificate (or Cert IV in Property).
  • Must-Have: A valid Victorian driver's license.
  • Resilience: The ability to manage stress and navigate tenancy disputes (VCAT) with composure.
  • Energy: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, highly organized, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of property management experience is ideal, but a great attitude is just as important.
  • Work Rights: Full Australian work rights are required for this position.
