**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
We have an exciting opportunity for a results driven Project Coordinator based in Scoresby VIC or Mac Park. You will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of the End user IT equipment project, including scheduling, communication, reporting and budget management within our Asset Management function. The role will also include supporting the Asset management function where applicable and supporting junior resources within the team.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure KPI’s for the project are met by the suppliers
- Coordinate the end user equipment purchased every year to provide for new staff and to refresh aged/out of warranty equipment
- Maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders across the board and maintain exceptional data integrity across all platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise, control scope and risks
- Manage the project within the agreed to budget
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Support the Asset Management Lifecycle as it relates to validation, procurement, despatch, retrieval and disposal of assets.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience as an End User Device Project Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Escalate project delivery challenges
- Assist in maintaining project budget and track expenditure/transactions.
- Identify interdependencies, coordination, budget and resourcing issues. In addition to that, identify the risks across projects and propose solutions promptly.
- Proactively work with EUC team on matters relating to improvements and innovations as part of the device refresh cycle
