We're seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our energetic and supportive team based at Brisbane Airport.

Reporting to the CEO, this branch-based role offers the opportunity to oversee a large casual workforce while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring workforce stability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You'll work closely with the operations team and onsite client contacts to manage rostering, performance, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rostering and scheduling a large casual workforce.
  • Conducting regular client site visits and check-ins (2 days on site)
  • Managing candidate onboarding, induction, and compliance documentation
  • Monitoring attendance and performance
  • Providing operational and administrative support to the broader team
  • End-to-end recruitment to maintain a strong candidate pool.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or account management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative ability
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
