Brisbane Queensland Australia Master Builders Queensland Full time $60,000 - $100,000 per year

Working closely with our Brisbane BDM's to ensure a smooth transition to account management, you will be focused on membership retention by engaging with members over the phone and in-field.

Playing a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, you will be responsible for the retention of a portfolio of members in Brisbane. Using your business development skills, you will proactively identify at-risk members and develop account management plans to ensure existing members, get the full benefit from their membership.

A knowledge of the building and construction industry would place you at a distinct advantage but is not essential to this role.

About You:


• Proven success in a Sales/Account Management or Relationship management role.


• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to support clients and align their needs with company offerings.

Knowledge of the construction industry (highly desirable).


• Excellent interpersonal and partnership building skills.


• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.


• Results-oriented and a self-starter.


• Current driver's license and own vehicle.
