Deliver real value.Obzervr is looking for an Account Manager who excels at building strong, trusting relationships and supporting customers throughout their long-term journey with us. This is a farming and customer-nurturing role—you'll focus on understanding customer needs, supporting adoption, and ensuring customers continue to gain value from the Obzervr platform.You'll work closely with our mining and field-operations customers, becoming their go-to advisor and the voice of their needs inside Obzervr. You'll manage account health, run structured reviews, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across onboarding, BAU, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor.Monitor account health and proactively identify risks or opportunities to enhance customer value.Support customer adoption and usage of the Obzervr platform, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing engagement.Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Delivery, Product) to resolve issues and deliver solutions.Provide regular updates on ROI, value, and performance metrics to help customers see the impact of Obzervr.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in account management or customer success – Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a B2B environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Able to clearly convey information, actively listen to customer needs, and foster trust.Problem-solving and analytical mindset – Capable of identifying customer challenges, proposing solutions, and driving adoption of solutions.Familiarity with SaaS platforms or technology solutions – Experience working with software products, understanding workflows, and supporting technical adoption.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the mining, field operations, or industrial sectorsSkills and Competencies:Customer Relationship Management – Skilled at building trust, maintaining long-term relationships, and understanding customer needs.Communication & Presentation – Able to convey complex information clearly, present solutions persuasively, and adapt messaging to different audiences.Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – Can assess customer challenges, analyse data, and propose practical solutions that drive value.Project & Time Management – Efficient in managing multiple accounts, coordinating activities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.Technical & Product Knowledge – Comfortable with SaaS platforms or technology solutions, able to support adoption, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Working Conditions:Hybrid work expectations after probation periodOccasional travel may be requiredWhat Success Looks LikeChurn
