Job description

Are you an experienced Change Manager passionate about driving successful transformation in complex enterprise environments? FinXL IT is seeking a Change Manager to join and support our growing change management team at a leading insurance organisation.

About the Role

You'll be instrumental in guiding our teams through significant change, working closely with stakeholders across business units and technology to develop and deliver impactful change strategies. This will involve ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and structures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organisational change and business readiness planning
  • Functional change management for operational teams
  • Technical change enablement for enterprise platforms and tooling
  • Stakeholder engagement and impact assessments
  • Change communications and training planning
  • Alignment with enterprise PMO, project delivery, and change governance
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in complex, enterprise environments, within the general insurance sector
  • Regulatory and compliance experience is desirable
  • Strong understanding of organisational change, project change, and user adoption strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills
  • Exposure to change frameworks such as ADKAR or PROSCI is advantageous
