The role

We're hiring a Senior Change Management Consultant, but not the typical kind.

This role is designed for someone who has 
delivered change in large organisations or consultancies
, but is now looking for something faster-paced, more creative, and less about bureaucracy. You'll work across a mix of global clients (many in 
media and entertainment
) to design and deliver change strategies that actually land. Driving adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

You'll partner closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, but also with our founders and builders, as we build Nifty's change capability. You'll have scope to shape not just client programs, but also how change consulting looks in a 
low-code, product-first consultancy.

What you'll bring

  • 5–8 years of consulting and/or enterprise program delivery experience
  • At least 3+ years specialising in change management within large, complex organisations
  • Experience delivering comms, training, and adoption activities that stick
  • Comfort using frameworks like Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter - but pragmatism to adapt them to client needs
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills (from execs to frontline)
  • Curiosity beyond "pure change", you might have leaned into product, design, or operations in past roles
  • Desire to escape bureaucracy and join a small, growing consultancy where your work is visible and valued
