About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Territory Manager
 to join our growing OneSmile Clear Aligners commercial team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with dental clinics, orthodontists and dental groups across your region. You'll be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding sales within existing accounts, and promoting the clinical and commercial advantages of the OneSmile aligner system.

This is a fast-paced role suited to a natural hunter who loves building a pipeline, securing deals, and helping dental practices grow with premium orthodontic solutions. You will have the support of marketing resources and a strong leadership team.

This position is open to candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify, qualify and onboard new dental practices
  • Build strong business relationships with dentists, treatment coordinators and practice owners
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and commercial proposals
  • Drive aligner case submission growth and support practice activation plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Track performance through CRM and provide accurate sales reporting

About You

You're a confident communicator and strategic sales professional who thrives on winning business and developing partnerships. You bring initiative, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales (dental, medical, pharmaceutical or device sales highly regarded)
  • Proven success in territory sales or account management
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Experience presenting to key decision makers
  • Highly organised with strong CRM discipline
  • A valid driver's licence and ability to travel within territory
  • A passion for helping practices grow and patients smile with confidence
