We're a proudly WA-owned mechanical business with workshops in Newman, Port Hedland and Perth, and we're looking for an experienced, proactive Accounts Receivable/Payable Administrator to join our team in Perth.

Our core business is the repair and maintenance of light vehicle and truck fleets. This role works directly with the Directors, across multiple entities, and has genuine impact from day one.

Who We're Looking For
  • You enjoy the work – numbers, systems and structure
  • You solve problems without waiting to be told
  • You're confident with MYOB and managing end-to-end AR/AP
  • You've got 5+ years' experience in accounts roles
  • You're professional, practical and not precious
  • Bonus: experience in mechanical, mining or construction sectors
What You'll Be Doing
  • Client invoicing and inter-company billing
  • Taking the lead on debtor recovery (essential)
  • Following up customer queries professionally and promptly
  • Matching supplier invoices to POs
  • Performing bank and creditor reconciliations
  • Assisting with payroll and BAS prep for external accountants
  • Managing a high-volume inbox and tight month-end deadlines
  • Handling general accounts admin and jumping in where needed
