Strong Mid-Weight Graphic Designer || Onsite (Woolloongabba, Brisbane)

We have been working closely with an established creative agency in Brisbane as they continue to thrive, expand and grow We are now on the hunt for an experienced, Strong Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their incredible team

You'll play a key role in the design team, delivering impactful, brand-aligned assets across print and digital platforms - including brochures, Point of Sale, packaging and digital campaign collateral.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a self-starter with strong foundational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You'll be working across a broad client base, including some of the most recognised national and international brands in the FMCG, grocery, retail, pharma and beverage industries.

Position Details:

  • Role: Permanent Full-time

  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (incl super)

  • Location: Onsite in Brisbane

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing materials across print and digital platforms including brochures, POS, packaging and digital assets.

  • Prepare print-ready artwork to a high standard, including dielines, packaging specs and final art files for production.

  • Generate strong designs, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all touch points.

  • Work closely with a collaborative design team and client base to translate briefs into effective, commercially-minded creative assets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualification in graphic design with 5 year's experience in an agency or creative team.

  • Proven experience in branding/visual identity, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design.

  • Solid understanding of FMCG brand requirements, particularly in packaging and POS.

  • Strong experience of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects or Premiere Pro skills are a bonus.

  • Strong skills in prepress, layout, typography and packaging production (including dielines).

  • Capable of managing files through the full pre-press process to ensure production ready artwork.

  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy throughout the design process.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.

  • Experience in a busy studio, agency or retail environment, with the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively.
