What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)- Current Working with Children Check- Valid First Aid certification with asthma and anaphylaxis training

Your Superpowers:
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS- Confident leadership skills to support and guide team members- Great communicator—both verbal and written- Ability to develop and assess meaningful learning programs- A genuine love for early learning and building connections with children and families

Bonus Points For:
- Experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader- Skills in creating inclusive learning environments- Tech-savvy with experience using platforms for documentation and planning- A proactive and collaborative approach with teams and families
