About the role
The Marketing and Communications Administrator will support the Marketing and Communications team with the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing and communication initiatives across ATSICHS Brisbane’s programs, services, projects and events. They will provide general administrative support and assist with the development and updating of digital and social media content.
Duties
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing and communications team.
Assist with the development of digital content to ensure maximum market reach.
Assist with the production of internal marketing and communication content that reflects the organisation’s key messages and core philosophy.
Assist with the production and distribution of external communication and promotional material.
Provide administration support for the Young, Black and Proud Scholarship Program.
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS Brisbane through use of LOGIQC quality management systems and MOBnet Pathways.
Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.

**Benefits**:
- Permanent full time position.
- Starting annual salary of $57,875 +10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
Required
Certificate III in Business Administration or another related field.
Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role.
Intermediate level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
Demonstrated ability to write, edit and produce high quality and creative communications for a variety of audiences and platforms.
Experience with social media content creation.
Current and valid National Police Check.
Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Preferred
Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
Experience working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other photo editing or graphic design programs.
