**Description**:
About the Role
The L&D advisor will assist in the identification, development and of learning & development related project deliverables. This position will be responsible for coordinating and managing training programs to ensure ATSICHS employees have access to learning and development opportunities required to deliver a high standard of service.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage training programs in consultation with the L&D Manager, ensuring ATSICHS employees have access to learning and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge, and ultimately deliver a high standard of service.
- Work collaboratively with the L&D Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the provision of effective L&D solutions across ATSICHS Brisbane.
- Administer day-to-day learning and development activities.
- Plan and coordinate major projects as determined by the Learning and Development Manager.
- Deliver continuous quality improvement processes across the learning and development cycle and commit to a high level of quality management through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
- Cultivate professional and productive internal and external relationships in line with ATSICHS core values.

Benefit
- Permanent full time position.
- Starting annual salary of $75,500 +10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).
**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
Required
A relevant tertiary qualification in learning and development, education, or a related field is highly desirable or proven experience in developing and delivering learning and development programs and initiatives.
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple training programs simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of learning and development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, and to contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
Valid police check.
Proof of Australian rights of work.
Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and or experience in coordinating traineeships.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders societies and culture supported by an understanding of issues impacting upon health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
