Sales Executive - Porsche Centre Brighton
An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join the team at Porsche Centre Brighton.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and upholding the prestige associated with the Porsche brand.
You'll be part of a high-performing, professional team and work in a premium showroom environment, representing one of the most iconic names in luxury automotive.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate leads, manage the sales cycle, and close deals
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Porsche product range
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and margin targets
- Accurately manage customer data and documentation
- Support yard presentation, vehicle merchandising, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Ensure adherence to WH&S policies, test drive procedures, and trade plate regulations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a strong retail sales background
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
- Previous experience with CRM and DMS systems preferred
- A valid driver's licence is essential
