What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct in-home and on-site assessments to design solar and battery systems tailored to
  • each customer's needs
  • Educate and guide clients through the benefits, process, and financial impact of solar and battery solutions
  • Follow up with warm leads and convert interest into sales
  • Build a network of happy customers and leverage our referral program for extra income

About You

  • Proven phone and face-to-face sales experience (solar experience highly regarded)
  • Confident, motivated, and driven to close deals ethically
  • Valid driver's licence with reliable vehicle access
  • Service-focused mindset — you genuinely care about helping customers
  • A strong communicator with great energy and a 10X mindset
  • Comfortable using an iPad and laptop for on-site quotes and paperwork
