**_Smart Energy_** is committed to bringing affordable energy solutions to Australian homes. We are one of the country’s largest residential solar retailers and a licensed energy retailer. In just over 6 years, we have grown from one pallet of solar panels and a warehouse to:

- 11 sales offices across Australia
- 200+ dedicated employees and specialists
- 100-150 solar installations every week.

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our small in-house recruitment team in Byron Bay. Our Talent Acquisition Consultants play an important role in getting the best new talent into our national sales team, to continue our rapid growth. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working from our Byron Bay office.

**Under the direction of the Managing Director, you will**:

- Manage and oversee the recruitment process across all 11 sales offices
- Manage the two junior sales recruiters and their day to day tasks and responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management to assist with filling junior operational roles
- Manage our external recruitment advertising platforms such as Seek and Indeed - Including but not limited to; costs, employer branding, employee reviews and overall effectiveness of our job ads
- Collect interview feedback and assist new recruits in their new career at Smart Energy
- Learn to use an ATS system (We use _JobAdder_) and the step by step stages of sales recruitment
- Generate weekly reports and offer weekly recruitment updates to senior management
- Partake in weekly sales KPI meetings to better understand

**Ideally we are looking for someone who**:

- A genuine passion to want to find the best talent, and to learn and build a career in recruitment
- 1+ years experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or call centre would be ideal
- High energy and motivated
- Experience managing a team
