XEN Systems Pty Ltd is a HubSpot consultancy based in Australia. We focus on improving business processes, incorporating automation and attribution, with an integrated approach to help companies reach, engage and convert their target customers.

THE ROLE

XEN Systems Pty Ltd is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic type to join our team in the role of a HubSpot Account Manager.

Duties will consist of but not be limited to the following key areas:

  • Directly working with clients to develop and implement HubSpot marketing strategies tailored to their business needs
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on HubSpot implementation and management
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and customer relationship strategies in HubSpot
  • Analyse marketing data and campaign performance using HubSpot's reporting tools
  • Prepare deals and sales reports, track deals, quote and invoice
  • Use prospective tools in HubSpot to identify and create targeted lists of potential clients based on buyer intent, regardless of whether they have had previous contact with our team. Focusing on high-potential leads.
  • Lead SEO, and paid social advertising initiatives to drive lead generation
  • Promoting HubSpot to existing and prospective clients and conduct meetings regarding market strategies, customer needs and implementation
  • Present insights and trends to clients and conduct weekly progress calls to provide updates on progress and to ensure customer satisfaction with HubSpot, and providing solutions when problems arise
  • Coordinate with XEN team members and clients to provide the desired outcome for XEN clients
  • Train team members with new processes

THE PERSON

The successful applicant needs to be driven by success and have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role. Candidates with relevant qualifications are highly regarded, or alternatively, must have sufficient experience in lieu of qualifications. You will receive an attractive remuneration package ($90,000 per annum) determined by your skill and experience level, in return for your hard work, commitment and passion for being part of a successful and thriving business.
