**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or high-value retail.
- A hunger for success and the drive to consistently exceed targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A tech-savvy mindset with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
- A current driver’s license (both automatic and manual preferred).

**Your Role**:

- Sell and deliver new Toyota vehicles while ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Conduct trade-in appraisals and negotiate deals confidently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance the sales process and personal marketing.
- Stay up to date with Toyota’s latest models, features, and industry trends.
