About Us

We are a residential building company established in 2014, specialising in:

  • Large-scale renovations to character homes
  • New two-storey homes
  • Multi-unit developments

We build with timber frame, brick and steel frame. We primarily operate within 15 minutes of the Perth CBD and North of the CBD, with current projects in Mount Hawthorn, Subiaco, Nedlands, and Leederville.

As a small, and efficient team, we value politeness, honesty, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail. Due to our growing workload, we are looking for an experienced Site supervisor whose skills will complement and enhance our team.

Who We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3 years previous WA supervision experience highly preferable
  • Must have the ability to manage complex large renovation projects
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous trade base favourable
  • Someone with their own trade connections to build upon our base

Skills & Attributes

  • The ability to handle multiple projects at a time. (Max 10 projects at a time)
  • Meticulous attention to detail – we and our clients expect the best
  • Excellent organisation and time management – ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and people skills – comfortable working with clients, suppliers, and trades
  • Proficiency in project management software – familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is a plus
  • Construction knowledge – ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
  • Understanding of Build Stages of a home from start to finish, BCA & AS/NZ Standards
  • Positive, can-do attitude – keen to learn, improve, and take on feedback
  • Integrity and work ethic – honest, hardworking, and focused, working closely with the business owner
  • Versatility – comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team environment
  • Hands-On Approach – You may need to get your hands dirty from time to time

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a project from start to completion (After we sign the contract we will hand it over to you).
  • Project Planning – Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines, in consultation with clients and stakeholders
  • Project Coordination – Oversee design, procurement and construction to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Budget Management – Track expenses and ensure projects stay within budget constraints
  • Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential risks, handling any project changes
  • Quality Control – Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and high-quality workmanship
  • Communication – Keep clients, stakeholders, and the team informed on project progress and challenges
  • Deadlines - Finish projects on time
  • Team Management – Work closely with consultants and contractors to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Weekly Reporting – Provide updates to the business owner
