**The Company**
Baiada, who own brands Steggles & Lilydale, are a well-known FMCG company, offering a friendly, supportive, fast paced working environment and parking onsite. They are currently seeking a Site Supervisor on an immediate start basis.

**The Role**
As a Site Supervisor, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Coordinate and facilitate site inductions
- Maintaining training matrix
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Forecast training needs
- Provide training to required workers on company policies and procedures
- Training and assessing employees
- Conduct risk assessments and manual handling risk assessments
- **Location**: Mt Kuring-Gai
- **Salary**:$65,000-$75,000 + Superannuation
- **Hours**: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4:30pm

**You**
- Qualifications for Training and Assessing (Cert 1V)
- Experience as a trainer is essential
- Full working rights in Australia
