Following more than a year of development, we are ready to launch our second location in NSW. Slim’s Quality Burger offers fresh, made to order burgers, hand cut chips and decadent ice cream, churned on site daily. The venue is bright and bold with an open kitchen that highlights the freshness of our products and our attention to detail. This location will be considered our flagship and is the benchmark for all our other sites currently under development.

Job Description;
As the Supervisor, you'll be the responsible for supervising all areas of operation in the alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will be an integral player in the restaurant's performance and have a direct impact on its success. What we truly need from you is a willingness and desire to learn and grow into your next role. With the right attitude and dedication, this position can quickly springboard you into one of many elevated positions within the company.

Whilst this is a hands-on position that requires you to roll up your sleeves and get on with it, guidance and leadership are the key functions of this position. The Supervisor should know that hospitality is all about people first and product second, so making connections with our customers and the team is the number one priority.

We’ll provide you with all the tools and systems to smoothly operate your restaurant, which will give you time to develop your skills. We have many more locations set to open within a year and the team is expanding quickly. Our expectation is that you learn the business inside and out, then grow within our group beyond the Supervisor role as soon as possible.

If you’re interested in Slim’s Quality Burger, please bring with you:

- Experience as a Supervisor in a QSR or other fast-paced settings
- Experience in management and mentoring
- The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Willingness to learn and be developed as a leader
- High-level customer service with the ability to turn a negative into a positive
- Understanding of regulatory compliance across food & beverage
- Overwhelming desire to grow within a company
- Great attitude and the need to have fun
