The Role
As a Technical Sales Executive at our payments company, you'll bridge the gap between technology and client needs, helping merchants and partners unlock the full potential of our solutions. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely, giving you the best of both worlds. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to delivering tailored solutions that drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and enterprise clients
- Understand client payment requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Keep up to date with payment industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings
About You
- 2–3 years' experience in technical sales, pre-sales, account management, or business development (ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services)
- Understanding of payment gateways, acquiring, card processing, and/or alternative payment methods (advantageous)
- Able to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, commercial benefits
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, driven, and target-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
