Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, maintaining product knowledge, conducting test drives, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will also handle follow-up with leads, manage sales documentation, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Product knowledge and ability to stay updated with industry trends
- Proficiency in sales documentation and CRM systems
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
