Part of the Collective, Cranbrook Workshop is a quality custom joinery business specialising in bespoke furniture and high-end residential projects. With expertise in timber and collaborations with leading architects and designers, the team delivers tailored, long-lasting results, using the latest advanced technology to produce everything from intricate furniture pieces to large-scale fit outs.

We are looking for a new part-time team member to support the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle of our custom furniture and accessory ranges, plus assisting the Director and workshop with administration, order processing, and database management.

About the role _

  • Coordinating the end-to-end sales-to-delivery process for bespoke furniture, and accessories.
  • Providing administrative and project coordination support to the Director and workshop team on a variety of ad hoc projects and tasks.
  • Managing order processing and maintaining accurate records within our customer and product databases.
  • Acting as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Proactively resolving daily operational challenges with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Upholding and enhancing processes, procedures, and quality standards across all areas of the business.

About you _

  • 2-3 days per week, with flexibility provided.
  • Previous administration experience.
