What you'll do:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll be supported to grow your skills and confidence while contributing to real projects. You will:

  • Assist in managing project schedules and deliverables across design and construction phases
  • Support project delivery from concept to handover, including scope, risk, financials and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior team members and clients to co-create tailored solutions
  • Learn to navigate complex stakeholder environments and contribute to project documentation and reporting

What we're looking for:

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in infrastructure project management. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role (or relevant internship / graduate experience)
  • Strong communication, documentation and organisational skills
  • A commercial mindset, able to track projects to time and budget
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • An interest in infrastructure and a desire to work across diverse sectors
  • Qualifications in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field
