As our Business Support Coordinator, you'll play an important role in helping our teams deliver on this purpose – keeping our workplace running smoothly and supporting every department with the administration and coordination they need to make a real impact.

This is a part-time position, spread across 5 days

Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination

  • Maintain a welcoming reception area and greet visitors.
  • Keep the office tidy and well-stocked, including kitchen, stationery supplies and equipment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the building manager and oversee meeting spaces.

Executive & Team Support

  • Provide PA support to the Exec team when needed, including travel bookings and ad hoc tasks.
  • Assist the executive team with meeting coordination and occasional event logistics.
  • Support different departments with overflow admin tasks and projects as required.

Business Coordination

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of materials.
  • Help coordinate staff activities and events that bring the team together.
  • Manage employee access (swipe cards, etc.) and related administration.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Experienced in office coordination, reception, or a similar role (2+ years).
  • Comfortable working independently, using initiative, and staying one step ahead.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a calm and professional way.
  • A strong communicator who can adapt your style across different teams and personalities.
