**About the role**
As a dedicated, eager, and seasoned Corporate Receptionist, you will represent this stylish and modern firm. Amidst the breathtaking Melbourne CBD offices, your responsibilities will encompass the typical duties of a Corporate Receptionist, while immersing yourself in the realm of VIP visitor management and front-of-house excellence. This role is yours to shape, allowing you to engage in aspects of the business that pique your interest.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet & greet clients & customers
- Incoming & outgoing calls
- Coordination of meeting room bookings
- Oversight of general office administration, including ordering office supplies, managing catering, among other tasks
- Handling mail distribution
- Administering employees' vacation leave entitlements
- Optionally aiding HR with certain HR-related responsibilities
- Event & travel coordination
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential
- Have a positive and professional approach to work
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn with a can-do attitude
- Be well presented
- Must have the right to work in Australia
