Sydney, New South Wales, Australia MoleMap Australia & New Zealand Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Company

At MoleMap our purpose is simple. We give people their best chance against skin cancer so that maybe one day we can live in a world where skin cancer no longer takes lives.

Our team of Melanographers and the Dermatologists we work with have been detecting and diagnosing melanoma for over two decades, and our new full treatment clinics mean we are a premium skin health care provider across Australasia.

Only MoleMap's proven system combines head-to-toe skin mapping by trained Melanographers with expert diagnosis of any suspicious moles by specialist Dermatologists, and accurate and timely clinical treatment by specialist GP's.

That's what makes us unique and what makes our skin cancer detection & treatment service so effective.

About the Role

Through MoleMap for Business, we are able to provide skin checks to employees through workplace programs, paid for or subsidised by their employers. This is an important channel for making skin checks more affordable and accessible to more people.

We are currently expanding our team and need additional support to lead and coordinate the operational delivery of our programs. If you are a whip-smart, self-organised professional with excellent administrative skills, we'd love to have you on the team.

The role is full time (but may consider part time in some instances) and based out of Sydney, Australia (office located in Mascot). However, for the right candidate we will consider a remote work situation with periodic visits to Sydney.

You're key responsibility will be to ensure the smooth delivery of our corporate programs and efficient coordination of the nurse workforce that delivers on these programs, including:

  • Assisting Account Managers in confirming efficient itineraries and program schedules
  • Setting up the programs in the back end of our systems (generating voucher codes and booking links)
  • Fielding enquiries and troubleshooting issues that may arise
  • Booking travel
  • Communicating with nurses regarding their schedules and travel itineraries
  • Managing casual nurse availability and resourcing
  • Assisting the manager with resource planning
  • Liaising with ops with regard to resourcing across channels

This role is part of a growing and dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and life-saving programs. We are mission-minded, performance oriented, and a lot of fun. There will be room to grow professionally along with the growth of the team.

About You

The following personal attributes and skills will see you stand out from everyone else:

  • SSCE or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Friendly and energetic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Punctual
  • Organised
  • Process-oriented
  • Problem-solver
