  • 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm AEDT)

On-Call & Weekend Work:

  • One week every six, you will be on call on Saturday.
  • During that same week, you will work Sunday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (11:00 am – 7:00 pm AEDT).

As an Operations Coordinator in the AHSC contract, you'll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing unplanned leave absences and shift backfill.
  • Overseeing the health workforce, including maintaining accurate staff listings.
  • Facilitating leave approvals and contract changes.
  • Processing locum assignments and coordinate travel/accommodation bookings.
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for staff.

  • Australian Citizenship due to clearance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional data management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong administrative capability and a confident, professional manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with solid Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like Power BI.
