What You'll Be Doing
Join the Imaging Department team providing essential front-line support and patient care across multiple modalities and campuses. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Delivering reception and customer service
- Managing calls, bookings and billing tasks
- Transcribing and processing medical reports
- Providing exam preparation information

Selection Criteria
- Display excellent communication skills, written and verbal, when dealing with patients and clients
- Demonstrated experience in administration and reception duties, including a busy phone system to provide a high level of customer service to patients, staff and other agencies across all areas such as handling enquiries from patients, Medical Staff, Emergency Department, Wards and patients requiring services and appointments
- High attention to detail, ensuring all patient information is recorded correctly for clinical, statistical and billing purposes, whilst maintaining a continuous high standard of confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical terminology and accurate typing skills.
- Demonstrated experience using a variety of data, record keeping and computer based information systems and electronic health record systems. Previous experience in a Medical/Hospital setting is desirable
