销售专员Sales Specialist

职位职责/Responsibilities:

l 负责对接及支持外部第三方房屋销售代理公司的业务开展,协调和沟通销售相关事务工作。

l 管理公司销售相关的合同文件、数据信息等内部资料。

l 准确把握市场动态,提供专业的销售策略、代理佣金等相关建议。

As an employee of the company, you need to ensure that you approach your work with a responsive, friendly, and professional attitude. This position main job responsibilities include:

l Liaise with and provide support to external third-party real estate sales agencies, coordinating and communicating all sales-related matters.

l Manage and maintain internal sales-related documents, contracts, and data records.

l Monitor market trends and provide professional advice on sales strategies, agency commissions, and related recommendations.

任职要求/Desired Skills & Experience:

l 1年以上房地产或建筑行业相关销售经验。

l 熟悉悉尼(北片区)独栋、联排别墅房源及销售情况。

l 具备市场分析、销售策划和组织协调能力。

l 有房产中介沟通和服务经验优先考虑。

l 良好的中英文双语读写能力。

l 需持有永居签证或是澳洲国籍(PR、Citizen)。

To be successful in this role:

l you will have a strong attention to detail and at least 1 year sales experience in the real estate or construction industry.

l Familiar with the housing stock and sales status of detached houses and townhouses in the Northern Sydney area.

l Possess capabilities in market analysis, sales planning, and organizational coordination.

l Prior experience in communication and service with real estate agencies is preferred.

l Excellent bilingual reading and writing skills in Chinese and English.

l Must hold an Australian Permanent Residency visa or Australian citizenship.
