To support our commercial growth in Australia and across the APAC region, we are looking for a:

Technical Sales Support & Project Specialist
You'll join Actiu's Sydney-based team to manage projects, events, and provide technical sales support. Your mission is to offer exceptional service to clients, dealers, and specifiers, contributing to brand consolidation in the region through operational, commercial, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tailored visual presentations and proposals for end-users, architects, and designers, ensuring high technical and aesthetic standards.
  • Provide daily support with pricing, product configuration, and finish selections.
  • Coordinate project schedules, space planning, and cost control in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Deliver technical and brand training on Actiu's products and solutions.
  • Manage showroom visits and events from start to finish, creating memorable experiences.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions through CRM tools.
  • Liaise with HQ teams for logistics, orders, delivery, and after-sales service.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting project management and/or commercial teams in sectors such as furniture, interior design, architecture, or contract environments.
  • Solid technical knowledge of commercial furniture, especially for office and corporate spaces.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and autonomy.
  • Educational background in interior design, technical architecture, business, or similar fields.
  • Proficient in CAD software and confident working with spreadsheets.
