SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Manage all aspects of our social media platforms, taking them to the next level
As our Social Media Specialist, you will enhance our brand and build strong online communities across all of our social platforms. You'll have the exciting responsibility of strategizing, planning, executing and moderating all social media content for all of our channels - coming up with best in class ideas and managing the production of these. You'll also be the go-to team player that is on the ground capturing content around Bras N Things HQ and from time to time at key campaigns.
This is an extremely exciting role if you're passionate about fashion and collaborating with our product and online team to bring our brand to life on social.
**You will be**:
- managing our Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest accounts
- moderating and managing our social community
- coordinating content campaigns
- managing key influencers
You are confident, self-starting and self-motivated, and someone who is comfortable building and fostering strong internal relationships. You enjoy coordinating, collaborating and executing exciting campaigns, and will gain exposure to multiple functions, including Marketing & Brand, Social & Content, Digital & E-Commerce, Design, Customer Service and social agencies.
What experience do I have?
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media marketing or brand marketing, managing fast paced brands, ideally from a digital agency, or from a retail/wholesale branded environment
- Proven problem solving skills and resolution-orientated
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Hands-on, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, with an ability to adapt quickly to situations
