About us

We are a boutique law firm that is on the cusp of exponential growth who primarily deal with commercial law, property law and litigation. Founded in 2016, we have built our reputation by providing the quality and sophistication of a big law practice with the personalised service of a boutique. The successful candidate must have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and must have proven experience under their belt in a similar role. They will also demonstrate high level of communication skills, and be able to manage a large volume of calls with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in a legal role

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting guests and clientele
  • Answering multiple telephone lines simultaneously, screening and directing calls
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting bookings
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms and front reception areas are presentable, neat and tidy at all times
  • Recording and distributing daily mail
  • Inputting, processing and archiving files
  • Drafting basic letters
  • General administration such as scanning
  • Leap Legal Software experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 – $66,000.00 per year
