Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Sunbury.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative and reception duties
- Processing invoices and following up on overdue payments
- Managing correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Maintaining and updating databases and other data management systems
- Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the office
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A cooperative, team-oriented approach and a passion for helping others
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- A Certificate III in Business Administration (highly regarded but not essential)
Position Details:
- Part-time: 2–3 days per fortnight (flexible hours available)
- Location: Sunbury
- Remuneration: Award rate
