About the role:

We are looking for a rock star receptionist who is excited by the opportunity to grow within the business. You ideally have experience with customer service and knowledge of reception/administration duties would also be advantageous.

The role is fast-paced, so applicants need to have the ability to learn fast and prioritise tasks well.

Core responsibilities are varied and include:

· Customer service – answering phones, scheduling appointments, making clients feel welcome and helping the physiotherapists with their administration duties.

· Administration –​­ filing digital paperwork, sorting patient files (digitally), monitoring practitioner statistics and letters

· People Skills​­ – ensuring a positive attitude and warm environment for all staff and clients involved

Candidates must have a mature, professional demeanour with an understanding of high-level customer service, computer software and excellent problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach is imperative. Attention to detail and a desire to drive growth are also required.

Please note we require specific days covered, with room for growth in the future.

This role is very suitable for a University student due to being able to work outside of studying hours.

Hours required

Monday 3.30pm – 8pm*

Tuesday 3:30pm – 8pm*

This appointment is part-time. This role is proposed to commence ASAP with superannuation and holiday entitlements. We are closed on public holidays, so you get paid for being at home too

*The first few weeks both shifts will begin at 2:30pm to allow for additional training time.

We are a thriving and rapidly growing combination clinic. Preston Physiotherapy is our generalised Physiotherapy clinic, and Preston Pelvic Health is our expert pelvic health clinic, all conveniently located in the same building, in the heart of Preston.

We are a team of 14 staff, looking to add another gem to our family. We pride ourselves on having and upholding phenomenal culture, enjoyment at the workplace, regular staff team building events and work-life balance.

We work with private clients, TAC, Workcover, NDIS and more. Our clinic prides itself on excellent customer satisfaction, which can be seen on our google reviews.

**Please note the role includes training to use our digital software
