Our Ravenhall site is a key hub for operations in Victoria, and we're expanding our team with a motivated Internal Sales Operator to drive our internal sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries from customers seeking dangerous goods storage solutions, providing expert advice and quotes.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, upsell products, and build long-term client relationships.
Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate customer data, interactions, and sales progress.
Contribute to internal sales development by identifying opportunities, analyzing trends, and collaborating on campaigns.
Assist in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or a similar role involving phone-based customer interactions.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and handle objections.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the manufacturing, safety, or hazardous materials industry is advantageous but not essential.
Availability to work full-time at our Ravenhall site.
