The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Administrator to support our growing Timberwood Dandenong operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless sales support.

Your Role

As an Internal Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and the external sales team by:

  • Processing inbound sales orders via phone, email, or over the counter
  • Assisting Account Managers with order entry and customer follow-up
  • Responding to customer requests with timely, accurate information
  • Maintaining sales and customer records in company systems
  • Preparing reports, quotes, and updating the customer database
  • Coordinating warranty claims and liaising with internal teams
  • Supporting showroom displays, brochures, and sales material as required

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in internal sales, administration, or customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle last-minute requests
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of the timber or building products industry (advantageous)
  • Understanding of WHS practices (valued)
