We are seeking
a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Inventory Controller to join our team. You will play a critical role in promoting our products and services, supporting sales goals, and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and works orders preparation, Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
• Process customer orders including picking, paperwork, dispatch preparation, and managing back orders
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing
• Manage branch inventory including purchasing, stock monitoring, and stock transfers between branches
• Prepare and manage stocktakes, including the annual stocktake
• Manage customer enquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For

• Previous experience in sales or inventory operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a timely and professional approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Positive attitude towards learning and adaptability to change
• Current clean driver's licence essential.
