About the Opportunity

Stratton Finance has had a network of self-employed agents and franchises for 16 years, we know what it takes to have a successful business in the Asset Finance industry. As a self-employed agent with Stratton Finance, you will have the opportunity to be your own business owner, whilst leveraging the success of brand, technology, lender panel, support teams, training and development programs, and more – to build a success business of your own

To be successful, you will have:

  • Prior experience as a Finance Broker or a similar financial services sales position, with a strong market network and/or businesses referrer network
  • Hold an ABN, or be willing to obtain an ABN
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Brokering
  • Business Development Mindset – Always looking for opportunities to grow & maintain your business through new referral partnerships & introducers
