**Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?**

We are looking for an experienced novated lease sales superstar to join our business as an Asset Finance Consultant. In this role, you will leverage your novated leasing sales experience to help grow our newly established novated leasing operations, whilst also assisting customers to obtain finance from our extensive panel of lenders. This role will allow you to grow into an asset broker career through delivering an exceptional customer experience, creating your own book of clients and delivering on sales results. You will have a customer centric approach to sales, servicing dynamic finance enquiries including novated leasing, vehicles, leisure, equipment, personal loans and more. Additional responsibilities include:

- Prepare for success by prioritising and multitasking to ensure timely and quality handling of all customer enquiries
- Be the first point of contact for new finance enquiries via phone, online & referral
- Be an expert in finance lending options to provide customers the best solution from our extensive lender panel
- Be the MVP between multiple stakeholders including lenders, vehicle sellers, settlements to facilitate a smooth customer experience

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- 12 months+ experience working in novated leasing
- Customer obsessed - prior experience as a customer centric sales superstar, building meaningful relationships with customers to deliver results
- Strong Sales acumen
- A seasoned sales pro who continuously seeks to exceed results and setting a new bar
- Resilient & positive attitude - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and overcome challenges while maintaining customer centric outcomes.
