By working closely with schools, we provide up-to-date resources, expert guidance, and a technology ecosystem dedicated to innovation and excellence in education. Whether simplifying administrative workflows, creating dynamic classrooms, or advancing professional development, Tes is the trusted partner for schools worldwide.
You'll be based in our Perth office (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home), making daily outbound calls to potential clients and new accounts, manage a sales pipeline, demonstrate our software products using a value-based approach, with the aim to close sales and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and increase revenue.
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
- Perform a high volume of daily calls to build a pipeline, advance, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting.
- Keep CRM up to date at all times.
- Stay current on market and product knowledge, including competitive positioning.
- Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, adhering to consistent processes and methodologies.
- Promote and present Tes products at events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute international marketing campaigns to promote our educational products and services.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in outbound consultative sales with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- A strong drive to achieve and surpass targets, with personal accountability for performance.
- Commitment to continuous personal development and learning from others.
- Persistence and motivation to overcome challenges and remain proactive.
- Exceptional oral communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills.
- Adaptable influencing skills for engaging with various customer types and needs.
- Detail-oriented, with time management skills to ensure accurate CRM records and forecasts.
- Effective team player with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge
- Understanding of the education and teacher training sector, with the ability to identify and act on market trends and customer needs is desirable
- Fluency in Vietnamese and Thai would be highly desirable

This role is based working from our Osborne Park office in WA. It's a hybrid position - working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
