We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic Aftersales team, supporting an exclusive portfolio of brands including Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Fiat, McLaren and Rolls-Royce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the workshop in ensuring all warranty policies and procedures are followed
- Reconcile warranty accounts and maintain accurate records
- Maximise warranty recovery within the manufacturers' specified timeframes
- Ensure all returned parts are correctly stored and accounted for
- Conduct weekly reports to monitor and minimise open Repair Orders
- Perform self-audits in collaboration with internal warranty teams and manufacturers
- Liaise directly with manufacturers to ensure full compliance with warranty processes
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar warranty role within a dealership environment is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Eranet and Eralink systems is highly regarded
