The Zagame Automotive Group proudly runs some of the world's most exclusive automotive brands including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, CUPRA, Fiat, McLaren, Pagani and Rolls-Royce.

We are currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic Aftersales team, supporting an exclusive portfolio of brands including Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Fiat, McLaren and Rolls-Royce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the workshop in ensuring all warranty policies and procedures are followed
  • Reconcile warranty accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Maximise warranty recovery within the manufacturers' specified timeframes
  • Ensure all returned parts are correctly stored and accounted for
  • Conduct weekly reports to monitor and minimise open Repair Orders
  • Perform self-audits in collaboration with internal warranty teams and manufacturers
  • Liaise directly with manufacturers to ensure full compliance with warranty processes

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar warranty role within a dealership environment is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Eranet and Eralink systems is highly regarded
