With a strong pipeline of exciting projects ahead, Kapitol Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our high-performing team.

This role is ideal for a someone who excels in building trust, resolving complex issues with empathy, and delivering a high standard of customer care. You will play a key role in working within our customer-centric values and maintaining Kapitol's reputation for excellence with clear communication and efficient defect and warranty management.

Your background might be in construction, insurance, or property maintenance, with a mix of technical understanding and strong administrative capabilities.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end defect and warranty process across multiple projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent and professional communication throughout the defect and warranty period
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, maintaining Kapitol's reputation for excellence
  • Conduct investigative work and data analysis to determine root causes of defect claims and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Coordinate subcontractors to complete rectification works, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage the administrative side of customer care — defect registers, warranty logs, and claim documentation
  • Prepare and review quotes, invoices, and monitor associated costs
  • Utilise platforms such as Aconex, Bluebeam, VisiBuild, and PayApps to manage workflows and documentation.
  • Participate in progress meetings, supporting timely sign-offs and project close-outs.

What you'll bring:

You're a natural communicator who thrives on solving problems, supporting customers with care, and turning challenges into positive outcomes. You bring a calm and professional approach to every situation and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve great results.

  • Demonstrated experience in a Defects, Warranty, Insurance, or Customer Care role within the construction or property industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations calmly, professionally and build trust
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability, including data analysis and manage records accurately
  • Trade background or technical understanding of construction preferred
  • Proficiency with digital systems (Aconex, Bluebeam, VisiBuild, PayApps, or similar)
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Collaborative, empathetic, and resilient with a genuine commitment to delivering positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
