Compliance & Accounts Administrator – Residential Airconditioning (VEU Program)

Location: Victoria

Type: Full-time

We are a growing residential air-conditioning installation company, specialising in energy-efficient reverse cycle systems under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program. We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance & Accounts Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of our operations and rebate submissions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing compliance for VEU submissions through the Bridge Select portal.
  • Following up on missing documents/photos and liaising with installers to prevent costly rejections.
  • Handling accounts receivable, including chasing payments and resolving customer disputes.
  • Administering warranty claims with manufacturers and tracking outcomes.
  • Taking customer calls, handling complaints, and supporting the operations team.
  • Running our weekly installer bonus system.

About You

You're highly organised, confident, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You thrive on detail, deadlines, and compliance, and you can balance firmness with professionalism when dealing with customers, staff, and partners.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administration and compliance experience.
  • Confident communicator – both phone and written.
  • Experience in accounts receivable and customer service.
  • Ability to work with portals, spreadsheets, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Industry experience (construction/trades/energy efficiency) is an advantage.
