The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Team Administrator / Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support across the Group, with a dedicated focus on BuildxWise as we move towards site commencement. This is a rare opportunity to join BuildxWise at a pivotal point in its growth. The role will start broad, supporting Directors and Managers across the Group, before quickly scaling into BuildxWise as construction activity commences onsite. With strong performance, this position is designed to progress into an Operations Manager role.

Key Responsibilities


• Team & Group Support – administrative support for Directors and Managers, documenting processes and streamlining workflows.


• Pre-Site – preparing contracts, managing milestones in construction software, liaising with clients/investors.


• Onsite – supporting construction managers, filing reports, acting as the administrative point of contact for clients/investors.


• Post-Site & Warranty – coordinating service and warranty works, managing schedules, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

• Proactive, ambitious and eager to grow into leadership.


• Organised with a strong eye for detail, able to operate in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.


• Valid Australian driver's licence (company car provided).


• Construction degree or relevant industry experience required
