business based in Sunshine West. We proudly supply cleaning, food packaging, washroom, hospitality and consumable products to trade customers across Victoria.

Since taking on new ownership in 2024, we've been focused on improving service, pricing and support for our customers. With a loyal base of trade accounts and an unrivalled retail presence, this is an exciting time to join our team.

The Role

We're looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our close-knit team.

Based from our Sunshine West headquarters, you'll be responsible for:

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

· Re-engaging inactive and low-spend accounts

· Developing new business across key sectors (cleaning contractors, government, aged care, childcare, hospitality, schools, Automobile, meet, Fruit & Vegetables and industry)

· Preparing quotes, tenders and proposals

· Onboarding new customers with our supply chain.

· Identifying opportunities to grow average order values and customer spend

· Working closely with our internal sales team to ensure seamless customer service and account follow-up

· Representing C&F professionally in the field and in our showroom

This is a hands-on sales role with a balance of account management and business development. You'll spend time both on the road and in the office/showroom, supported by our internal sales and operations teams.

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience in B2B sales (Minimum 3 years), account management or business development (cleaning, packaging, hospitality, FMCG or related industries)

· Strong relationship-building and communication skills

· A self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, following up leads and closing deals

· Team player who collaborates well with internal sales staff and customer service teams

· Ability to manage time effectively and meet activity/sales targets

· Valid Driver's licence

· A local candidate within reasonable commuting distance to Sunshine, VIC preferred

· Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
